Thank you for your interest in joining The Mozart Club or attending one of our upcoming programs. Please fill out the following questionnaire. A member of our Hospitality Committee will contact you to discuss future engagement.

New Member QuestionnairePlease provide the following information for Mozart Club Membership consideration by the Board. New Members have the opportunity to attend monthly/bimonthly programs and meetings during the year, with an official welcome at our Annual Board Meeting in May.

Please remit yearly dues of $35.00 by June 15th each year. Send checks to the Treasurer or use the Venmo QR to remit digital payment. Yearbooks with member contact information are available to current members. Email mozartclubjtny@gmail.com with membership questions or to receive a copy of the yearbook.
